Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Summary:
This role involves general building maintenance and light construction tasks such as drywall, painting, carpentry, and minor repairs. The technician supports facility upkeep, event setup, and safety inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic repairs (drywall, painting, flooring, ceiling tiles)

• Assist with carpentry, minor plumbing/electrical, and renovations

• Set up and take down furniture and event spaces

• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety protocols

• Use hand/power tools and respond to maintenance requests

• Inspect facilities and address issues as needed

• Work flexible hours and assist team members when required

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, or related field preferred

• Skilled in drywall, painting, carpentry, and basic repairs

• Comfortable using tools and lifting heavy items (up to 100 lbs)

• Good problem-solving, communication, and adaptability

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver’s license

• Equipment operation and basic plumbing/electrical knowledge a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and handle tools

• Must be able to see, hear, and move safely in a physical work environment
