About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to join their Global Leadership Team. The CMO will be responsible for leading the organization's global marketing strategies and initiatives, with a focus on portfolio and brand positioning, digital marketing, brand management, marketing analytics, market research, and product innovation. This executive will also be tasked with designing the overall customer experience, defining customer segmentation, and implementing a disciplined approach to KPI metrics. The role requires a leader who can work in concert with R&D and Corporate Development to ensure the long-term strategy of the brand's portfolio and services remains competitive. The CMO will oversee a global marketing team, model cultural tenets, and build a high-performing, empowered team. Candidates for the CMO position should have 12-15 years' commercial experience with a marketing concentration, high proficiency in data analytics, and a proven track record in building high-performing marketing teams. The role demands an executive with exceptional presentation skills, product launch experience, and the ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline is required, with a Master's degree being highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or a related industry, and previous general management experience with P&L responsibility. The CMO will be expected to be a brand ambassador, interfacing with key stakeholders, and to lead the marketing function in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
