Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape and Excavation Laborer to perform a wide range of tasks essential to our projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hardworking individual who can operate machinery, perform manual labor, and work effectively as part of a team. If you are a reliable professional with a strong work ethic and the required experience, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to landscape, hardscape, and excavation projects, including site preparation, grading, planting, and material installation.

• Operate and maintain various types of equipment, such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and power tools.

• Assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape features.

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

• Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe.

• Collaborate with the crew leader and other team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standard.

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in landscaping, hardscaping, and/or excavation is required.

• Proven experience running industry-related equipment is a must.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality. We need someone who shows up on time, ready to work.

• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting 50+ lbs.

• A positive attitude and the ability to take direction and work well within a team.

• Contingent on project workload: Employment may be subject to temporary suspension in the winter, contingent on project workload.
