We Are Looking For
A motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager who is eager to learn the ropes of high-end remodeling. You'll work closely with our Senior Project Managers, clients, and trade partners, gaining hands-on experience in managing complex residential projects while developing your leadership and organizational skills.

Your Role

• Aid Senior Project Managers during the Build phase by handling site visits, progress tracking, and daily communications to keep everyone aligned.
• Oversee selections and coordination: verify that all materials (cabinets, tile, flooring, fixtures, etc.) are correct, timely, and up to our standards.
• Facilitate seamless client and contractor interaction: deliver clear, friendly updates and ensure every detail stays on track.
• Learn and contribute to our signature "educate, discover, design, build, enjoy" process, committed to creating the best client experience.
• Assist with managing budgets, schedules, and documentation-gaining the insight needed to manage your own projects in the future.

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in construction, architecture, design, or a related field.
• A can-do attitude, strong curiosity, and a genuine eagerness to grow.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• A friendly, professional demeanor and a true team-player mentality.
  
• Minimum experience of 5 years of Light framing, Trim Carpentry, & Cabinet Installation to do carpentry when needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• We offer a top-of-market salary of $65,000-$70,000/year , based on experience and fit
